We're not trying to replace the person who knows that the Tuesday grocery stop won't take a delivery after 7 AM or that one account needs the kegs carried down a basement stair. Driver ownership stays exactly where it is - we treat your driver-account assignments as a constraint the system plans inside, not something it reshuffles to chase a number on a screen. What we optimize is the slack around those relationships: sequencing, timing, and load balance, so your best people keep their accounts and just run a cleaner day. We know redistributing accounts costs drivers commission and costs you the relationship the account trusts, and we built this so you never have to make that trade to get the efficiency.
We already use a RAS or spreadsheets - do we have to migrate?
No migration required. LogiLab AI works alongside your existing RAS - Encompass, eoStar, or otherwise. Your system of record stays exactly as-is. You send us your account list and route data; we handle the configuration on our end.
How long does it take to get set up?
Our team handles the data ingestion and calibration - about two weeks to get your account constraints, delivery windows, and route structure modelled correctly. After that we run optimised sequences alongside your current routes on a subset of trucks so you can see the before-and-after before committing to anything fleet-wide.
